She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Bartlam and Dorothy Bartlam (Teal); her former husbands, Keith Otis and Henry Cornhill; her son Michael Otis; her brother Arthur Bartlam; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Bartlam.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Rearick Jr.; her children, Daniel Otis (Deborah), Scott Otis (Carrie) and Kimberly Otis; her daughter-in-law Linda Otis; her stepson Kenneth Rearick (Sharon); her grandchildren, Mary Mattingly (Wes Thrasher), Jamie Cole (Shannon), Benjamin Otis (Heather), Keith Otis (Becky), Lynelle Otis (Erik Bowersox), Phillip Otis (Amanda), Corey Otis (Erin), Kyle Otis (Riley Cooke), Emily Hennessee (Morgan), Lindsay Watkins (Joseph Reid), Autumn Gibson (Shane), Gabriel Watkins (Kassandra), Ashton Watkins (Jenna Vincenty-Cole), Zachery Orns (Mary), Kristina Orns (Scott Salyards), Sean O'Brien, Craig O'Brien (Veronica), Eric O'Brien (Kim), Kyle O'Brien, Ryan Rearick (Kayla) and Adam Rearick; and her siblings, Keith Bartlam and Diane Jones (Gary). She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.
