He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Sullivan and Dorothy Ann Sullivan (McCaig); and his wife Sharon. He is survived by: his children, William Sullivan III (Star) and Cathy Reyez (Jesse); his grandchildren, Carrie, Nick, Jesse and Krystal; his great grandchildren, Keira, Chloe, Kaelyn, Jazalynn, Kyendrah, Dakota and Benny; and his brother Randy Nutt.
