She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Byron Quaak, Sr. of Coldwater; her children, Andrew Bates (Lucy) of Ann Arbor, David Bates (Leslie) of Coldwater, Mark Burkett of Coldwater, Byron Quaak, Jr. (Annie) of Bronson, Ben Quaak of Reading and Brandy Quaak of Bronson; her grandchildren, Karina Bates, Davilynn Bates, Desirae Bates, Courtney Bates, Nikki Quaak, Annie Quaak and Tyler Quaak; her great grandchild Riley Osmun; and her brother Dick Bates. She was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
