He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gaylord Bancroft (Carol) and Dale Chadwell. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Chadwell (Lindy) and Denise Chadwell (Bancroft); his siblings, Rachel Chadwell (Will Fedewa), Corrie Jameson (Jesse), Joshua Perrin (Sara Sutton), Brent Perrin (Shelbie) and Noah Perrin (Kathy); and his grandmother Betty Chadwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Contributions in Dylan's name are suggested to the family towards a memorial bench in his honor. The family asks to please not send flowers.
