He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Pearl Konikson, Paul Eastbury and Dana Rench Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, David Konikson and Cheryl Konikson (Eastbury); his wife Ashleigh Konikson (Rench); his daughter Kayleigh; his pet Mochi; his brother Kevin Konikson; his parents-in-law, Renee Robinson and Dana Rench Jr. (Eileen); his brothers, Briannah Kehoe (Dylan), Zach Rench (Tobi) and Patrick Rench; and his grandmother Nancy Eastbury. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
