It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Kaye Simpson of Burton, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ouimette and Ilene Ouimette (Kozlowski); her grandson Christopher Umphrey; and her brother Chuck Ouimette. She is survived by: her children, Maria Eberlein (Eric), Christina Maynard (Matthew) and Brandon Shiflett (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Brandon, Nathan, Cameron, Edgar, Melissa, Noah, Matti, Tressa and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Oakley, Ella and Riley; and her sisters, Vicky Badics (Richard) and Kathy Miller. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
She will be remembered fondly for her contributions to both her professional field and the well-being of those around her.
