He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cookenmaster and Leona Cookenmaster (Hunt); and his brothers, Lee Cookenmaster and Richard Cookenmaster. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cookenmaster; his sons, Allen Cookenmaster (KaSandra) and Scott Cookenmaster; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alex (Mishay), Angela, Thomas and Sydney; and his sister Gloria Terbush.
