He was predeceased by: his parent Freddie Carper; his sister Nancy Miller; and his nephew Dan Miller. He is survived by: his mother Emma Carper (Kasbohm) of Burton; his siblings, Gary Carper of Columbia, TN, Mary Mallory (Dennis) of Hale and Alan Carper (Heather) of Burton; his brother-in-law Terry Miller; and his pets, Tickie, Tia and Boyd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
