He is survived by: his mother Faith Chapman (Michel); his daughters, Emily and Caitlynn; his fiancée Carrie; and his siblings, Stacey Chapman, Steven, Scott and Robert. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, very close friends and co-workers.
