He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Davis and Betty Jo Davis (Cook); his wife Wendy Shunk; and his brothers, Jimmy Davis (Kathy), Patrick Davis and Joe Davis.

He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Poland; his grandsons, Ryan Raber and Greg Raber; and his great grandchildren, Aaidyn, Jaycen and Aubrie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
