She was predeceased by: her parents, Lannie Williams and Nina Williams (Warren). She is survived by: her husband Franklin White (Shine); her children, Troy White, Cindy White and Jacob White (Felicia); and her siblings, Ken Williams and Jan Bennett (Doug). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
