We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Ann Metzger of Buchanan, Michigan, born in Tamaroa, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matilda Barker and Andrew Barker; her husband Victor Allen Metzger Jr.; her son Terry Metzger; and her siblings, Paul Barker, Howard Barker, Jesse Barker, Grace Goforth, Gladys Sparks, Lillian Barker, Esther Reitz and Rachel Longfellow.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Metzger, Michael Metzger (Terri) and Vicki Ruth Miller (Eric); her daughter-in-law Vicki Sue Metzger; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Julie, Stacey, Kristi, Lori, Francine, Kelsey, Tod and Robert. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Ruth to Christian Church Mission Fund, 112 W. 3rd St., Buchanan, MI 49107, or your choice of hospice facility.
