We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2021, at the age of 95, Marie Imogene Schneider of Buchanan, Michigan, born in Shelburn, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie Imogene Schneider to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Skinner and Gertrude Skinner; her husband Gordon Schneider; her daughter Nancy Jean Schneider; and her siblings, Lauren Skinner, Robert Skinner, Lois Skinner, Mary Banke, Lila Sullivan and EmmaLee Huggett.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Schneider McAskin (Thomas) of Bloomfield Hills, MI and Sandra Schneider of Buchanan, MI; her grandsons, Marcus McAskin (Jennifer) of Denver, CO and Matthew McAskin (Julie) of New York, NY; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Peter, Milly and Collin; and her sisters, Mildred Skinner Pridavka (Lil) of Buchanan, MI and Muriel Skinner Jerue (Biggie) of Plantation, Florida.. She is also survived by the seventh of nine children.

“continued.... Vicky, I only met you that one time where you picked Sandy and I in Chicago and later taking us to Detroit to fly back to Florida. At that time, I met your husband and your two wonderful young boys. You all really raised two American successful and now I learn they have families, too. Once or twice, I reach your mother by phone there at your farm, where we talked of times with she, her Gordon and myself. At one point I asked her forgiveness at my rising early at your farm and “thinking”... wouldn’t it be nice this Christmas morning to have a beautiful warm fire going as everyone woke up... Great plan... Florida boys do not know about dampers! I did get everyone going! She kindly forgave me”
