She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Campbell and Bernice Campbell (Teeple); her husband Ronald Eubank (Ron); and her sister Pamela Campbell. She is survived by: her brother Marky; her granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth; her daughters, Lisa Eubank and Lori Bennett (Cody); her grandchildren, Lauren Bennett, Liam, Fiona Morgan, John, Janet Crawford and Michael Crawford; and her siblings, Harold "Chip" Campbell (Gail), Steven Campbell (late Candy) and Cindy Campbell (late Mark). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
