She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Ott and Emily Ott (Artutis); her husband B. W. Spalding; and her brother James H. Ott. She is survived by: her daughters, DiAnn M Spalding of South Bend, IN and Susan G. Spalding of Buchanan, MI; her niece Heidi Ott of Buchanan, MI; and her nephew Kirk Ott of Buchanan, MI. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
