She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Bartoszek and Aniela Bartoszek (Bukowska). She is survived by: her husband Jan; and her children, Martin Lach (Rachel) and Joanna Davis (Scott). She is also survived by three grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
