He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Pollitt and Hazel Pollitt (Morningstar); his daughter Casey Pollitt; his brothers, Jack, Richard, Robert, Arthur "Bud" and Frankie Pollitt; and his niece Laura Pollitt-Griffey.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Pollitt; and his son Jeff Pollitt (Laura). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
