He is survived by: his wife Maryann Good; his children, James F. Weaver, Amanda Weaver and Chrystal Horton; and his grandchildren, Jake Weaver, Tammie Payne, Chloe Payne, Mason Mitchell, Mariah Horton, Ethan Horton and Liberty Horton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
