He is survived by: his mother Vickie Hollingsworth (Whitaker); his wife Diane Hollingsworth; his children, Tyler Hollingsworth (Misty), Kara Whelchel (Bryce), Brooke Ward (Marty), Nathan Hollingsworth and Gage Reese; his grandchildren, Aleah, Landon Hollingsworth, Adrianna, Parker Whelchel, Jackson and Kasen Ward; his mother-in-law Vicki Parmelee (David); his sisters, Barbara Hollingsworth and Tina Singleton (Kevin); and his pets, Jasper and Izzy.
