He was predeceased by: his father Martin E. Fay (Burns); his daughter Denise Neiswender; and his siblings, Jacqueline Matthews (Hubert), Carl Fay (Mary) and William Fay.
He is survived by: his wife Yolonna Hanover; his daughter Jamie Schlutt (Nathan) of Niles; his grandchildren, Kyla Schlutt (Cameron Seifert) and Sean Schlutt; his brother Allen Fay (Linda); and his son-in-law Geoffrey Neiswender. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
