She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome C. Hancock and Cora Lee Hancock (Landrum); her husband Ruben D. Clanton; her son Steven D. Clanton; and her siblings, Pauline White, Irene Murphy and Jerry Hancock.
She is survived by: her sons, Philip Greg Clanton (Kristi) of North Liberty, IN, Mike Clanton (Leisha) of Buchanan, MI and D. Brian Clanton (Melissa) of Bourbon, IN; her daughter-in-law Joyce Clanton of Magnolia, TX.; her grandchildren, Glenda Smith (Dwayne), Jeffrey D. Clanton, Sarah Quinones (Daniel), Philip G. Jr. Clanton (Amanda), Rodney Clanton, Theresa Ybarra (Jose), Connie L. Rogers (Milos Bednar), Justin Clanton (Kiera), Lucretia Kimbrell (Bruce), Brianna N. Clanton, Jerad and Michelia Martin; and her sister Kathleen Dudeck of LaPorte, IN.. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren.
