He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rebecca Muxlow; his children, April Halbert (Dave), Bill Muxlow (Sara) and Misty Halbert (Kevin); his siblings, David Muxlow and Jeanie Farley (Jeff); his parents, Lavern Muxlow and Stella Muxlow; his son Scott Muxlow; his brothers, Jimmy, Joshua and Benjamin; his granddaughter Kyleigh Halbert; and his brother Steven Wayne Muxlow. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
