He was predeceased by: his wife Lola; and his sister Nelda Moody. He is survived by: his children, Candi MacDonald, Roger Vandewarker (Sue), Todd Vandewarker and Karla Ferguson (Darryl); his grandchildren, Jordan Macdonald, Shelyndria Wasierski, Jennifer Wood, Bradley Vandewarker, Nathan Vandewarker, Alisha Cimini and Kyle Ferguson; and his brother Eldred Vandewarker. He is also survived by six great great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
