He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Golas and Lois Golas (McCaughen); his stepmother Edith Lawrence; his sister Cindy Holcombe; his son-in-law Mark Edwards; and his nephews, Jon Bethel and Larry Seckler.
He is survived by: his wife Erlagene; his children, David King (Lori Quibell), Lisa Disbrow and Teresa Darby (Randy); his brother Archie Golas (Tammie); his grandchildren, Jaime, Jessica, Jenna Disbrow, Joseph Felkey, Kelsey Edwards (Carson Mead), Benjamin Edwards, Randy Darby and Ryan Darby (Erica); and his great grandchild McKenna Darby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
