She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Pate and Beulah Pate (Burkhart); and her husband John M. Kelsey. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Rupert (Chuck), Connie Douglass (Nelson) and James Kelsey (Karen). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.
