He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Raymond and Elizabeth Pacholek (Cislio); his siblings, Thomas Pacholek and Cindy Spooner (Bud); his sister-in-law Shelley Campbell; and his grandson Christopher Pacholek.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his son Raymond Pacholek (Carolyn); his stepchildren, Donald Erhart (Rhonda) and Tammy Dockery (Ben); his siblings, John Pacholek (Cathy), Sarene Ostrosky (Robert), Danny Farnsworth (Nancy), Lamar Campbell and Patrick Farnsworth (Darlene); his sister-in-law Maroline Pacholek; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Erhart, Blake Erhart, Kimberly Sutterlin (Joshua), Chase Hunter, Matthew Pacholek and Jenniffer Smith (Chris). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
