She is survived by: her children, Sheena Clay (Jason) and Derrick Kuhn; her grandchildren, Derrick Kuhn Jr., Piper and Zoey Clay; and her sisters, Vivian Adams, Shirley Carper, Peggy Sizemore and Brenda Miracle.
