She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kostelnik and Penny Kostelnik (Elder); and her sister Lynda Secord. She is survived by: her children, Jessica and Chase Gildersleeve (Cindy Murphy); her husband Rod; and her brother-in-law Greg Secord.

The family respectfully asks for no flowers. To keep her memory alive, we are asking for donations to be made to the family, to be set up into a memorial fund in Paula's name.
