He was predeceased by: his parents, Corneluis Witlock and Evelyn Witlock (Kleinemas); and his granddaughter Marta Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Jill Elsea; his stepchildren, Tina Rodriguez (David Lewis), Chad Robinson (Kim Landreth) and BJ Robinson (Sarah); his grandchildren, Michael Rodriguez, Damion Robinson (Jordan), Aslynn Robinson and Kevin Lewis; his sister LuAnn Steen (Jeff); his nephew Jordan Steen (Lex); his niece Jennifer Hauer (Tim); and his great-nephew Henry Hauer.
