She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Khushi Ram and Malan Devi Mahajan; her spouse Surendra Lal Mahajan; her son Rakesh; her daughter-in-law Tina Mahajan; her daughter Puneeta; her son-in-law Anil Thakur; and her grandchildren, Kunal, Ritika Mahajan, Rahul, Jessica Mahajan, Nargis Thakur and Savant Thakur.
