He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane Savoy; his children, Stephen Savoy and Pamela Savoy-Weaver; his grandchildren, Courtney Weaver and SteFannie Savoy; and his parents, Dr. Leonard and Virginia Savoy. He was also cherished by his sister, cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
