He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Chojnacki and Estelle Chojnacki; and his brother Leonard Chojnacki (late Sonja). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his sons, Matthew (Cathleen) and Bradley (Teri); his grandchildren, Lauren and Morgan; his brother-in-law Gerald Watkowski (Jo Ann); his nieces, Sherri Stein, Pamela Paulus and Jill Miller; and his nephew John Chojnacki.
