He is survived by: his spouses, Diane Merritt and Virginia B. Crain; his children, Linda Miller (Jim) and David Ream; his stepchildren, Kevin Crain and Karen Christopher (Michael); his grandchildren, Christine Cook (Robert), Robert Crain (Doris), David Lee Ream (Angela) and Aaron White (Nicolette); his great grandchildren, Abbey, Andrew, Ashley, Bryson, Evan, Kylie, Mason, Parker, Preston, Savannah and Zoe; his stepson Dennis Crain; and his granddaughter Rachel Miller.
Memorial donations may be made in Jack's name to the Hanson Hospice Center.
