She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Churchill and Jennie Austin Churchill; her husband Wilbur Hainey; and her siblings, Phoebe Mann, Erma Cook, Byron Churchill, Roy Churchill and Vivian Hunt.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Barbara Hainey; her children, Dale Hainey (Debbie), Janet Hainey, Evelyn Hainey and Wanda Agee (Michael); and her grandchildren, Joslyn Hainey Holtfort (Bud), Megan Hutchinson, Samantha Jo Burns (Keith), Misty Allen (Charles), Jessie Blanton (April), Caleb Agee (Jillian) and Daniel Agee (Alyse).
