She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Becker and Nora Becker of Berrien Center; her husband Royal C. Porter; her daughter Marian Kilgore (Donald); and her sisters, Doris Briney (Ken) and Maxine Goins (Jack).
She is survived by: her uncle Reverend Allen O.; her sons, Jeff (Mary) of Holland and Bob (Sandy) of Berrien Springs; her grandchildren, Chris Porter (Karla), Anne Porter, Nicole Porter, Matt Porter and Dale Hartman II; and her great grandchildren, Alex Porter and Karissa Porter. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.
