She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Waggoner and Margaret Waggoner (Eisler); and her husband Charles G. Ballard. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen "Kay"; her grandson Alfred; her son Alfred Ballard (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Rae Alice Murphy (Jeff), Roger Charles Hosey (Deb), Paula Light (Jeff), Wendy Thornton (Jonny), Karen DeLand (Doug) and Jason Ballard (Amanda). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
