He is survived by: his wife Lois Rose Smith; his daughter Laura Stewart (Doug); his granddaughters, Rachel Symonds (Dan) and Heather Burdett; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Carter Symonds; his niece Emily; his nephews, Tyler and Jake; his friends, James McQuern and Ginny Sue Lewis; and his stepgrandsons, Nathan Stewart (Kate) and Ian Stewart.
