He is survived by: his children, Anique Puckett of Traverse City, Tara Puckett of Norfolk, VA, Shakira Puckett of East Jordan, Ukiah Puckett of Norfolk, VA and Marisa Puckett of Bellaire; and his grandchildren, Damien Puckett and Axl Fleminger.
