He is survived by: his spouse Vicki Durr-Marinez Rigney; his grandson Maximus JohnRigo Marinez; his parents, John Rigney and Shelby Rigney; his brother Bob Rigney (Nancy); his niece Abby Rigney; his nephew Patrick Rigney; his close friend Rodrigo Marinez (Wendy Brown); and also, Joey Davis, Scott Schoen and April Schoen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
