He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. Cook and Irene J. Cook (Jones); his daughter Diane; his stepson Scott; his brother Raymond; and his sister-in-law Janice.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cook of Belding; his children, Barb Hausserman of Ionia, Carol Starks (Ron) of Ionia, Debora Brownell (Ron) of Muir, Angie Mentzer (Bill) of Milwaukee, WI, Nancy Cook of Ionia and Darcy Bassler (Bob) of Cedar Springs; his son-in-law Jim Seymour of Ionia; his stepchildren, Calvin Williams of Saranac, Paul Geiger (Sherri) of Saranac and Leslie Myers (Marty) of Ada; and his siblings, Donna Marshall of Gowen, Roger Cook (Liz) of Fowler and Ken Cook of Saranac. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
