He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Scheid and Lena Scheid (Breuer); and his siblings, Donald "Dick", Harold, Doris, Paul, Howard and Thelma.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne Golden; and his children, Kathy Bannister (Craig) of Belding, Kenneth Scheid (Julie) of Benson, AZ, Thomas Scheid (Kathleen) of Rochester, MN, Patricia Scheid of Silver Springs, MD, William Scheid (Jane) of Brimley, MI and Nancy Emsley of Oceanside, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
