He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Albert and Anna Mae Frantz (Clary); his siblings, Myrna Jean Burns, Raymond George Frantz and Walter Frantz; his brother-in-law Jimmy Carpenter; and his grandsons, Dustin Frantz and David Scott Frantz.
He is survived by: his former wife Linda (Jewett); his children, Melanie Scribner (Robert) of Grandville and David Frantz of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Meghan Torres, Micah Lynch, Ava Scribner, Winona Frantz, Victoria Frantz and Debbie Ann Frantz; his great grandchild Ezrah Diekema; his siblings, LaVerne Frantz (Lois) of Ravenna, Richard Donald Frantz of Texas, Joyce DeGraw (Dan) of White Cloud, Wayne Frantz (Mary) of Florida, Margie Carpenter of Muskegon and Gary Lee Frantz (Renee) of White Cloud; and his brother-in-law Edwin Burns of Sparta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
