She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Ort and Zelda Ort (Yost). She is survived by: her husband Max; her children, Todd Gibbs (Debbi) of Belding and Kea Gibbs (Mark Sower) of Belding; her grandchildren, Tyler Gibbs, Raven Cramer, Dylan Grunow, Kylan Sower and Myana Sower; her sister Sue Austin of Belding; and her sister-in-law Marcella Ort of Trufant.

Memorials may be given to the Smyrna Bible Church or Heartland Hospice.
