She is survived by: her children, Mark Chase (Ann Marie) and Leslie Chase; her grandchildren, Alexandria Robideau (Chase), Joseph, Rebecca and Sarah Chase; and her former husband Jack D. Chase. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and her.
