He was predeceased by: his parents, Darlene Warner (Barnett) and William Brown. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Starks; his children, Madison Warner, Autum Branda, Collin Starks and Jordan Starks; his grandchildren, Hunter and Josephina; his in-laws, Steven and Sharon Starks; and his adoptive father Rick Warner.
