He is survived by: his wife Joyce McFarland (Richard); his children, Robert McFarland (Irene), David McFarland (Jamie), Colleen Szczepanski (Dennis) and Kimberly Lucke (Eric); his grandchildren, Ashley Theriot (Layne), Kyle McFarland, Maddie, Ian McFarland, Katie, Rachel, Emily, Zack, Zoey Szczepanski, E. J., Ben and Jenna Lucke; his great grandchildren, Vera and Hayven Theriot; and his siblings, Mary Lu Hickner, Patrick McFarland (Barb), Michael McFarland and Maureen McFarland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and very close friends.
