She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Hackworth and Emily Hackworth; her daughter Deb Ilkka; and her siblings, Bob Hackworth, Woody Hackworth, Faye Whitaker, Danny, Terry, Jeff and Leroy.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Mike Green of Indiana, Don Green (Beth) of Marshall, Rick Green of Tekonsha and Pat Farmer (Cecil) of Marshall; her son-in-law David Ilkka of Marshall; her grandchildren, Toni Ilkka, Julie Lord, Dave Ilkka, Eric Ilkka, Stephanie Green Hungerford, Christina Green Wagner, Emily Schuiling, Tiffany Quinn and Dan Farmer; and her brother Paul Hackworth (Connie) of Marshall. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
