She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Saxton and Zarita Saxton (Mock); her husband Harold Young; her son-in-law Arthur Cooper; her great grandchild Thomas; and her siblings, Everett Saxton and Eleanor Laye.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Cooper and Charles "Tom" Cramton (Charlene) of Barryton; and her grandchildren, Chris Cooper (Elizabeth) and Coriee Alley (Timothy). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Memorial donations in Ruth's name can be made to the church, where she has enjoyed being a member for many years.
