She was predeceased by: her father James Jr. Morlan; her stepfather Robert Artibee; her brother Troy Artibee; and her nephew Anthony "AJ" Artibee. She is survived by: her husband Tim Horstman; her children, Tim Jr. Horstman (Mellisa) and Shandell Horstman (Mark Shanteau); her mother Mary Artibee (Stull); her grandchildren, Timothy III, Joshua, Damion, Makayla, Alyssa, Kali and Jensen; her siblings, Julie Oswald (Bill Jamieson), Paul Morlan (Cheryl), Terry Artibee, Bob Artibee (Kelly), Tammy Watts (Duane), Tim Artibee and Sherry Yarhouse; and her parents-in-law, Gerald and Marjorie Horstman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Pamela's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
