He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathryn Lutze; his parents, Clarence Kalka and Marjorie Croley; and his sister Lorraine Murray. He is survived by: his wife Ila Kalka; his grandson Cody Chesebro (Breanna); his great grandchildren, Madalynn Marie and Avery Isabelle; and his siblings, Karen Haddox and Chris Croley.
